First Fruits

Dear Parishioners of St. Andrew's On-the-Sound,

In recent weeks, we have addressed the treasure aspect of stewardship from the Biblical responsibility, through worship, sermons, lay leaders input, and through mailings. Hopefully you have taken time to digest all of this and become aware of your ability to share your first fruits. Yesterday was Commitment Sunday and I sincerely pray you were in attendance with your church family and received your commitment card. If not, we are sending cards with this letter which need to be returned by Friday, November 18th. We will announce the total of the First Fruits on Sunday, November 20th at all services. Please make sure you and your family are included in that commitment.

We want to include your pledge in the totals. You can return your card in a variety of ways:

1. Mail the card in the self-addressed envelope.
2. Complete an electronic pledge card on our website
3. Deliver your card in person to the church office.
4. Email Katherine Dodd
5. Place your card in the offering plate on Sunday, November 13 during any of the worship services.

It is my privilege to serve you at St. Andrew’s. I eagerly anticipate what God has in store for our parish in 2012.
